I have a set of stainless steel chopsticks, and I use them very often, especially for stir fried dishes. I also love using them for eating salads or just about anything bite size.

I was used to using wooden chopsticks, and I found them to be a bit slippery at first, but after using them for a short time, I had no problem getting used to them. Practice makes perfect. --cyberkaren
